I am thrilled to announce that I am now the Patron of ‘Caithness Rare Breeds’ - a superb organization endeavouring to preserve our native endangered livestock and rescue injured wildlife. I am very proud to assist a charity with such strong eco-ethics and passion for what they do. CRB will be launching a sheep-sponsoring programme very soon.. Hi all, I haven’t disappeared, honest! Now in the middle of filming a brand new series of DIY SOS, bigger, better and infinitely more beautiful than ever before (and that’s just the boys... ;-)
There’s so much happening I’ve hardly had time to take breath and have been away for most of this year so far.

DIY SOS ‘Kids in Crisis’ special

After a massive community and team effort we have just completed an EXTREME HARDCORE DIY SOS SPECIAL in... the place with the REALLY long name!!
We had a truly inspiring week and can’t wait to now see the programme which will air on THURSDAY 10th DECEMBER at 8pm.
I’m not giving anything away... just DON’T MISS IT!! You’re going to be SO impressed!!

Grand Designs Live

Just back from a fabulous day at Grand Designs Live, NEC, where my partner Andrew & I presented a seminar about our house build. I also spent the afternoon assisting on the ‘Ask the Expert’ stand discussing very exciting build projects.
